We took the kids to the pumpkin patch on just another Saturday, and it was amazing. They started the day in clothes they could play in, and it was amazing. We changed them into their costumes for the last part of the trip, and it was amazing. Amazing.
Here: Allow me to show you how amazing it all was.
Erin and Adrian sat in a hay wagon…
…and it was amazing.
Adrian smoked a corn husk joint…
…and it was amazing.
The kids saw a gopher digging a tunnel…
…and it was amazing.
Erin chose a pumpkin…
…and it was amazing.
Adrian chose a pumpkin while dressed as a tiny fireman…
…and it was amazing.
Then he ran off to rescue some kittens…
…and it was amazing.
Erin tossed a pumpkin out into traffic…
…and it was amazing.
Erin worked on her “Mermaid-With-Legs” posing…
…and it was amazing.
Adrian worked on his “Fireman-Who-Didn’t-Save-the-Kittens” posing…
…and it was amazing.
Erin and Adrian stayed next to each other long enough for me to take their picture…
…and it was amazing.
Erin tried to figure out if she liked Adrian’s hat or not…
…and it was amazing.
We took the kids to the pumpkin patch on just another Saturday…
…and it was amazing.
This is such an ADORABLE post! Their costumes are so wonderful! It really looks like they had a wonderful time.

I think you actually meant to say it was awww-mazing.
Isn’t it great to do mundane things with kids. You get to see it through their eyes.
